Doubleclick and ONEsite – ONEsite Developers

Overview

In a typical Doubleclick integration, a client will provide ONEsite with the script information they need loaded onto all pages and define a set of zones they wish to receive information on. The client then needs to set up their Doubleclick account with the ad information they want included for each zone.

Doubleclick will provide the client ad scripts for each sized ad spot they have set up. These ad scripts can be managed through the ONEsite Control Panel at Plugins > Ad Campaigns.

A typical script will look like:

Output Examples

When a user hits a page on the network, the script will process and will output in the page source the details of the zone the page belongs to. This allows any ad code on the page to look at the zone name and display the ads assigned to that zone.
