Overview

The ONEsite document system is a repository and storage location for all of a user’s files. Files can be uploaded to both the network and an individual user’s blog to enable the sharing of documents with oneself and the entire network.

Document Upload Interface

The document upload interface is a simple page, with a few options for giving your document some meta information:

• Document Name
• Description
• Categorization
• Tags

Document Aggregation Page

The document aggregation page is a place where all of the documents which have been uploaded either to a user’s blog, or the network can be displayed. They are listed in a sortable format, and will be searchable in the near future.

Document Details View

Shows the details of an individual document.

Document File Size Limits

The default maximum size for a document is 2mb. To adjust this setting, please speak to your Project Manager.
