xrefType required	Type of content.
xrefID required	ID(s) of content. For multiple IDs use a comma seperated list.
reason optional	Moderation reason.
notes optional	Moderation notes.
moderatorID optional	userID of the moderator.
output optional	The response output format. Accepts JSON and XML.
