Get all of the tags for a node.
Parameters
| Name | Description |
| nodeID optional | The node ID of the network where the tag/content is |
| parentTagID optional | A parent tag ID we’re filtering upon |
| xrefType optional | The type of content we’re operating on |
| output optional | The response output format. Accepts JSON and XML. |
